About William Worsham

Will Worsham is a 1989 Graduate of Logan-Rogersville High School. He graduated from Drury University in 1993 with an AB with Honors in English Literature and a minor in Public Speaking. He earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1996 and became a licensed member of the Missouri Bar in the fall of that Year.
He began working for Springfield Criminal Defense Attorney Shawn Askinosie in the spring of 1997. Two years later he joined the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office as an assistant prosecutor. September 1, 2002, he opened his own private criminal defense firm and launched MissouriTrafficTickets.com – the world’s first completely online legal service – eight days later.

Over the next two decades Worsham Law Firm grew to a total of four lawyers, and five support staff. Will earned numerous awards including Springfield Business Journal’s 40 under 40, Superlawyer, America’s Best, and Client’s Choice. Having hired associate lawyers to take over his criminal and traffic practice, Will turned his attention to Business Consulting and Estate Planning launching additional websites such as EvictionsQuick.com, MyMissouriLLC.com, & Simple-Trust.com. He closed the criminal and family law divisions of his law firm in 2020 and sold MissouriTrafficTickets.com to focus solely on these new ventures.
