About Wayne Lehrhaupt

Mr. Lehrhaupt, a member of the firm, is a graduate of Queens College and St. John’s Law School. After graduating law school in 1975, Mr. Lehrhaupt practiced for five years at Wien Malkin & Bettex and thereafter joined Integrated Resources, Inc. as corporate counsel. From 1986 through 1994, Mr. Lehrhaupt practiced real estate, corporate law and commercial law in his own practice. Mr. Lehrhaupt joined Eiseman Levine as a partner in 1995. He has extensive experience in real estate-related matters, as well as in stock and asset acquisitions, private placements and leasing.
