About Vlad Radovanov

Vladimir Radovanov is an entertainment attorney, entrepreneur and musician; and has represented numerous clients in the entertainment industry.

Vlad began his career as a recording artist and has recorded and released records featuring, George Clinton, Cypress Hill, The Pharcyde, DJ Rhettmatic, DEL, Blackalicious, Kool Keith, and DJ Lethal.

A UCLA School of Law graduate, he began practicing law in 2002. He served as in-house counsel at TV Guide and 20th Century Fox before starting his own practice in 2009.

Vlad represents a robust array commercially successful producers and artists spanning across the genres of pop, rock, hip hop, electronic music, alternative and indie rock. Some of his clients include: Grammy Nominated Producer Rogét Chahayed (Jack Harlow, BTS, Doja Cat, Drake, Travis Scott, D.R.A.M., Nas, Jennifer Lopez, and Mary J Blige); Grammy Nominated Producer/Mixer Zakk Cervini (Waterparks, Blink 182, All Time Low, Bring Me the Horizon, Limp Bizkit, Poppy, Grimes, Simple Plan and Tom Morello); Multiple Grammy Winning Mixer Tony Maserati (Beyonce, Mike Posner, Kali Uchis, Jason Derulo, Norah Jones, Frank Ocean, and Steve Aoki, and mixer of the soundtrack for the recent film “Cinderella”); Grammy Nominated Mixer Derek Ali (Kendrick Lamar, Nipsey Hustle, Cardi B, Childish Gambino); Hip-Hop Producer Monte Booker (JID, SiR, Smino, Mick Jenkins); Hip-Hop and R&B Producer Amaire Johnson (Big Sean, Jhene Aiko, Nipsy Hustle); and tastemaker artists such as San Holo and his record company, bitbird, The Districts, Miya Folick, Cayucas, Phabo, rei brown, Sick Puppies, among others.

Vlad has also consummated the sale of multiple royalty catalogs and consulted for the software company, Boombox, which provides an “all in one” suite of tools for music content creators. In addition, Vlad is co-owner of Grand Savant, an artist development and music publishing company in a joint venture with The Royalty Network. Finally, Vlad is experienced in Web3 having helped launch the progressive, taste-making brand Imitation of Christ in Decentraland during Decentraland’s 2022 Fashion Week.

In addition to his legal practice, Vlad is executive producer of the following feature films: (i) 2009 Sundance Grand Jury Prize winner WE LIVE IN PUBLIC, (ii) 2011 music documentary ECHOTONE; (iii) 2012 narrative scripted feature BE GOOD; (iv) the 2013 horror-satire CHASTITY BITES; and (v) he co-created, co-produced and co-hosted the TV show, Bring Your Own Doc, on The Lip.TV.
