About Venisha Arnold

Attorney and philanthropist Venisha Arnold is a Houston, Texas native who received her bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Houston. Venisha followed in her Father’s footsteps and attended Thurgood Marshall School of Law. 

Before beginning her legal career, Venisha worked for media companies such as ESPN, Fox Sports Net,  CBS Radio,  ABC 13 and franchises in the NBA and NFL. She also worked in the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. Her law practice focuses on litigation.

In addition to her legal career, Venisha is an avid jogger and she enjoys traveling. One of her favorite sayings is “NEVER SETTLE!” She is the founder of the 501(c)3 non-profit foundation Persistence is The Key, which is an organization that concentrates on promoting high academic achievement and humanitarian issues.

 In late 2020 Venisha launched a podcast named after her nonprofit called 

“Persistence is The Key! The Podcast”, where she provides a platform by sharing stories of inspiring individuals who used persistence to overcome obstacles & difficulties to accomplish their goals and win in life! 

Venisha credits her success to her Faith in God and having very supportive parents.
