About Tulay Farra

Tulay is a well-accomplished corporate lawyer with over 19 years of valuable cross border transactions & corporate legal advisory experience. She’s common law qualified – barrister in the UK and attorney from the New York State Bar. Tulay has had a successful career history, most of which has been with Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services group in New York and London having as clients banks such as Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Barclays and Private Equity houses such as Warburg Pincus, KKR, and Carlyle. She graduated from Durham University and Lincoln’s Inn before completing Sciences-Po Paris and a European public policy program at Ecole Nationale d’Administration. Tülay is the managing partner for Everquest Ventures Legal Consultancy, a law firm with offices in Paris and London. She led the setting up of the UK and UAE offices. Her role consists of overseeing cross border dispute resolution, large commercial litigation matters, international contracts negotiations, drafting and reviewing of a large spectrum of agreements, real estate matters, and providing legal advice on large cross-border transactions. Over the past 6 years she has also undertaken interim in-house counsel roles with a selection of companies including a large construction company, an international fashion and textile company, a leading F&B company, a retail group and a global professional services company.
