About Troy Brooks

Mr. Brooks has substantial experience in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, health care fraud, anti-kickback and Stark issues, and regulatory compliance. As a former Assistant General Counsel for the Texas Department of Human Services, he offers a wealth of experience in regulatory compliance and administrative law. He has used that background to help health care clients resolve problems with various government entities as well as internal compliance.
