About Tracy Schramm

Tracy represents health care and other professionals in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She has been the lead counsel in several trials, appeals, and licensing board matters. She also advises health care providers and entities regarding premises liability, credentialing, and HIPAA-related issues. In addition to her legal practice, Tracy has taught the legal and ethical aspects of health law to undergraduate students at the University of Minnesota-Duluth.

Prior to joining Geraghty, O’Loughlin & Kenney, Tracy served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jeffry S. Rantala in Hibbing, Minnesota and the Honorable John T. Oswald in Duluth, Minnesota.
