About Tracey Daniels

Tracey has more than twenty years of experience handling a broad range of transactional real estate matters. Tracey’s practice includes commercial and residential acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, development, financing and cooperative and condominium law. Tracey’s clients include real estate investors, developers and sponsors, landlords, commercial tenants and institutional and private lenders, cooperative and condominium boards, as well as individual homeowners.

Tracey also represents mid-sized and start-up businesses as well as restaurants, caterers, breweries and night clubs in connection with their real estate and general business needs including advice regarding selection of appropriate business structures, negotiating shareholder and limited liability company agreements, entering into joint venture arrangements and implementing non-compete and consulting agreements.

She is a member of the Real Property section of the New York State Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association. Tracey is a member of the Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP), the Business Council of Westchester, and the Building & Realty Institute of Westchester & the Mid-Hudson Region as well as an affiliate member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR). Tracey also serves as counsel to Belowich & Walsh LLP in White Plains.

Tracey received her BA from State University of New York at Buffalo in 1996 and her JD from Fordham University School of Law in 1999.

Outside the office, Tracey maintains an active lifestyle, which includes tennis, skiing, golf and running — both to and from school activities as well as for pleasure.
