Tom Gallagher brings nearly two decades of litigation experience to this innovative practice. A 2006 graduate of California Western School of Law, Tom began his career at Barton H. Hegeler, APLC, where he honed his skills in complex civil litigation. Admitted to both the California Bar (2006) and the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California, Tom has built a reputation as a formidable advocate who combines traditional litigation prowess with forward-thinking strategies.

Backed by Gallagher Krich APC’s digital-first strategy, Tom’s methodology has proven particularly valuable in commercial litigation, personal injury cases, real estate disputes and corporate matters.
