About Todd Rothbard

Todd Rothbard was admitted to the California Bar in 1975, and since that time has practiced exclusively in the area of landlord-tenant law. He has handled over 100,000 unlawful detainer actions on behalf of both commercial and residential landlords. Mr. Rothbard is the Bay Area’s leading authority on eviction issues.

​Mr. Rothbard also serves as a judge pro tempore in various Bay Area counties hearing unlawful detainer trials, and teaches landlord-tenant law to various lay and professional groups, including the California Continuing Education of the Bar and various trade organizations. He is a graduate of University at Wisconsin and Santa Clara University School of Law.​
