About Todd McCoy

Todd McCoy has been representing businesses throughout the region and nation for over twenty years. His litigation experience is both varied and deep. In addition to extensive experience representing employers and insurers in workers’ compensation litigation, Mr. McCoy has been involved in complex insurance coverage and reinsurance litigation, products liability, construction litigation and other commercial and casualty cases.

Mr. McCoy received both his undergraduate degree in 1989 and his law degree in 1993 from the University of Pennsylvania. He devotes considerable time working with high school students and other community interests in Philadelphia.

He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. McCoy is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Delaware County Bar Association.
