About Timothy Madison

Timothy Madison’s practice concentrates on various aspects of commercial and residential real estate, real estate and business litigation, real property valuation matters (Board of Revisions and Board of Tax Appeals), lease negotiation, land and site development, commercial real estate financing, and Ohio real estate brokerage law.

Mr. Madison is a Past President of Bexley City Council, has spoken for the Ohio State Bar Association on various real estate topics, and is an approved Ohio Division Real Estate lecturer. Prior to forming Madison & Rosan, LLP, Mr. Madison was a partner in the law firm of Swedlow, Butler, Lewis, Madison, and Dye.

Mr. Madison is the proud father of five amazing children. Outside of practicing law, Mr. Madison enjoys playing many sports and coaching youth sports. Mr. Madison was and is involved in many charitable organizations including Charity Newsies, Pelotonia, the Bexley Celebrations Association, and the Bexley Education Foundation.
