I am not your average lawyer. However, if you are faced with a potentially life-changing legal matter, the last thing you want is an average lawyer. The average lawyer is buttoned-down, conventional and unimaginative. These are not qualities that win cases.

My name is Timothy Denison. I am not afraid to defy conventions, redefine norms or push the boundaries to come up with creative means of winning cases. Willing To Take Cases To Trial
With more than 100 jury trials under my belt, I can claim the title of trial lawyer. I was recently invited to join the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America. Plenty of lawyers will threaten to take a case to trial, but do they have the strength to follow through? I do not make empty threats or hollow promises. If I say I am going to try a case if I do not get a reasonable compromise, I will try the case. My opponents know this and fear me.

When cases get tough, you cannot afford to have a glass-jawed lawyer
I can take a couple of punches if I need to and still stay on my feet. I will not back down from any fight. If it sounds like I have an attitude, excuse me.
