About Thomas Hancock

Chip Hancock represents a wide range of health care provider clients, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic imaging centers, sleep labs, physician group practices and retail clinics. Chip is certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)^® by the Health Care Compliance Association’s Compliance Certification Board and regularly counsels clients on the constantly changing laws and regulations governing payment from Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE and commercial payers.

Chip also leverages his background in health care compliance to help clients negotiate and structure health care transactions. His projects often involve providing advice in the following areas: entity formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and licensure.
