About Thomas Griffith

My family law practice involves divorce and legal separation cases, establishing parentage, custody and visitation issues, child support, spousal support, community and separate property issues, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, adoption, guardianship and conservatorships and domestic violence restraining orders.

We encourage divorcing couples to participate in Collaborative Divorce.
and Mediation.

We assist with Trusts, Advance Health Care Directives, Wills, Powers of Attorney for Health Care and Financial Management.

We handle personal injury cases including auto accidents, dog bites and child molestation.

We represent defendants in misdemeanor criminal matters and prepare felony expungement and certificates of rehabilitation.
