About Thomas Fleckenstein

Tom Fleckenstein has built a career and reputation by diligently helping others. He is known for his ability to bring parties together for common goals, and for zealous courtroom advocacy for his clients. He represents his clients with a keen ability to get to the bottom of the issues and solve complicated problems.

Tom Fleckenstein is a graduate of Niagara University and received his law degree from The Columbus School of Law at Catholic University. Tom is a former Assistant and Deputy State’s Attorney for Anne Arundel County and has handled hundreds of criminal and civil trials throughout Maryland.

Mr. Fleckenstein is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and has served as a Division Chair and Trustee of the Anne Arundel County Bar Association since 2007. He has been appointed by the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court to serve as a Children’s Privilege Attorney and Child’s Best Interest Attorney, as well as a Special Administrator by the Orphan’s Court for Anne Arundel County.
