About Thomas Fedeli
Thomas M. Fedeli joined CWL in 2016. Mr. Fedeli’s practice focuses on maritime and transportation matters. Mr. Fedeli has experience in all phases of litigation, including pre-filing investigation and case assessment, fact and expert discovery, legal research, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial.
Prior to joining CWL, Mr. Fedeli was an associate with Kennedy Lillis Schmidt & English in New York, where he gained extensive training in maritime disputes, cargo subrogation, construction litigation, and contract disputes involving live-streaming of digital entertainment.
Mr. Fedeli received his Juris Doctor in 2011 from Tulane University, where he earned the Certificate in Maritime Law. During law school, Mr. Fedeli externed for the Honorable Jay C. Zainey of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Mr. Fedeli also served as editor for the Civil Law Commentaries Law Journal. In addition to his legal coursework, Mr. Fedeli worked as a research assistant for international law professor, Günther Handl.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Fedeli earned a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in philosophy. He continues to have an avid interest in philosophy.
