About Terry Germany

Mr. Germany was born in Union, Mississippi. He completed his preparatory education at Mississippi State University (B.A., History, 1975) and his legal education at the Mississippi College School of Law (J.D., Special Distinction, 1981). He was admitted to practice law in Mississippi in 1981 and Louisiana in 1982.

His practice is primarily focused on the representation of employers and carriers in workers’ compensation cases, and he is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Mississippi Bar and the Workers’ Compensation and Administrative Law Section of the Louisiana State Bar. Mr. Germany remains active in participating in the firm’s seminars offered to clients. He is pleased to be listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the field of Workers’ Compensation.
