About Stephanie Nickse

Stephanie Nickse has more than a decade of experience practicing law.  She began her legal career in the litigation department of a prominent Danbury, Connecticut, law firm earning promotions and recognition for her legal skills, writing, oral argument, negotiations and overall dedication to clients.  Five years later, she opened S.B. Nickse Law Offices, LLC, a Fairfield County litigation law practice.

Whether Attorney Nickse’s client contact is an in-house attorney, business owner or manager, or the client herself, S.B. Nickse Law Offices, LLC is equally dedicated to its clients and offers excellent communication and dedication to clients, their priorities and obtaining meaningful results.  Part of her law firm’s success is the fact that Ms. Nickse truly enjoys the practice of law, analyzing cases, finding creative solutions to legal disputes, and transforming client’s legal issues from formidable to fixed.

In addition to practicing law, Attorney Nickse enjoys giving back to the community.  She is a past board member of Housatonic Habitat for Humanity, current board member of Westport Young Women’s League, member of the Connecticut Bar Association and other Fairfield County bar associations.  She is a career long member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyer’s Association and has been named Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers since 2014.  She devotes her time to numerous pro bono clients each year through Statewide Legal Services of CT, Inc.’s pro bono consumer legal service program, so called Call4Law and non-legal volunteer work such as cooking for a local food kitchen that feeds the hungry and/or homeless.  She has repeatedly spoken at presentations about Landlord-Tenant law in Connecticut organized by Sterling Education Services, Inc. as well as judged numerous middle school mock trials organized by Civics First CT, Inc.
