About Sidney Davis

Sidney P. Davis, Jr., obtained his law degree from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 1960 and has practiced law with the firm now known as Davis, Clark, Butt, Carithers & Taylor, PLC, ever since. He was a lecturer in Law and Insurance at the University of Arkansas Law School from 1962 through 1980. He has been a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers since 1981, serving as Arkansas State Chair for two years (1994/1995). He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute and Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel, receiving the Outstanding Defense Attorney Award in 1995/1996.
