He is licensed in both Louisiana and Texas. His areas of practice include all manner of Admiralty and Maritime matters including cargo loss and damage, collision and salvage, personal injury defense, and maritime products liability. Mr. O’Neil also has an active Marine and Oil & Energy commercial practice drafting, revising, and negotiating various contractual agreements.
