About Scott Pyle

Scott Pyle’s practice is comprised of a blend of education, litigation, and corporate and transactional matters. He primarily works with school districts and municipalities in the areas of labor and employment law, special education matters, civil rights, board governance, student issues, and unfair labor practices. Scott has represented clients in administrative proceedings before entities such as the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission (EEOC) and Indiana Civil Rights Commission (ICRC), Indiana trial courts, United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts, the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
In addition, Scott also represents, assists, and provides advice to a variety of small to mid-sized corporations and business entities based in the Northwest Indiana Region.
