About Scott Peebles

Scott Peebles is your attorney at Peebles Law Offices. He has over 20 years of experience and personally handles his cases – no client gets assigned out to a junior attorney. Scott is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. He served in New Orleans as an Assistant District Attorney, where he won criminal jury trials with charges as high as murder and argued before the Louisiana Supreme Court twelve times. He later moved to California, where he obtained jury verdicts for injured plaintiffs as large as $30 million. With nearly 40 jury trial verdicts, Scott now fights for plaintiffs in both states.

Scott received his Bachelor’s degree in psychology with honors from the University of New Orleans. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2000. While in law school, Scott served as a member of the moot court board and captain of the Law Center’s Philip C. Jessup International Law moot court team. The Law Center awarded him the Harry A. Johnson Memorial Scholarship for his excellence in moot court performance.

In his spare time, Scott hikes, reads, exercises, and surrounds himself with as much family, festivity, and friends as he can.
