About Sarah Stuppi

Sarah has been practicing law for over 20 years, and specializes in all aspects of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, receiverships/foreclosures, assignments for the benefit of creditors, commercial litigation and debt documentation. Sarah has represented business debtors in chapter 7 and 11 cases, as well as trustees, secured creditors, landlords, financial institutions, potential asset purchasers and creditors’ committees in complex reorganization matters. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts from UCLA and her law degree from University of San Diego School of Law. She is a frequent speaker to professional groups and was honored as a “Super Lawyer” in bankruptcy law in California Super Lawyer Magazine.

Sarah is a former partner in the California firm of Bronson, Bronson and McKinnon LLP, and also served as Special Counsel in the national firm of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP prior to forming the Law Offices of Stuppi & Stuppi in 2006.
