About Sarah Fisher-otten
Sarah’s clients have included small business owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, title insurers, real estate investors, landlords, tenants, and residential and commercial property owners. Sarah takes a no nonsense, problem-solving approach to determine the most efficient and effective way to obtain her client’s most favorable result, and she handles each case with the best interest of her client in mind.
Sarah is licensed to practice law in Minnesota state and federal courts and is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114, eligible to serve as a mediator. Sarah obtained her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. She completed her undergraduate education at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies.
A native of Duluth, Minnesota, Sarah now lives in Minneapolis where she enjoys walking and biking on the area’s many trails with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
