About Sam Kim

Sam Kim is a partner/co-founder at Verum Law Group, APC.  Mr. Kim focuses on labor and employment matters representing employees for both individual and class action claims.  His experience includes representing employees who have suffered workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.  Mr. Kim has obtained class certification on behalf of class members including: 1) misclassified student admission advisors against a for-profit college; and 2) non-exempt restaurant employees against franchise restaurants.  Among his other accomplishments, Mr. Kim has successfully argued in the California Court of Appeal.
