About Ryleigh Walaconis

Ryleigh is an associate at the Law Offices of Richard Corey, where she handles cases involving business and corporate disputes as well as criminal defense. Prior to her associate attorney position, she worked as a law clerk and research assistant at the firm.

Ryleigh has experience in civil litigation matters specializing in business and contractual disputes. She has represented numerous companies in breach of contract claims, managing customer grievances within prominent corporations, represented shareholders in actions involving breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, and disputed business agreements. Ryleigh has also represented clients in Federal District Court suing multiple state affiliated companies for violation of constitutionally protected rights. Lastly, Ryleigh possesses experience in criminal defense, representing clients facing both misdemeanor and felony charges.

Ryleigh graduated Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law in May 2023. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2023 and went directly into a hearing on her first day as an Attorney. During law school, Ryleigh dedicated a significant time to public service, interning at Coast-to-Coast Legal Aid of South Florida and partaking in numerous pro-bono service days at the law school. Ryleigh, being a First-Generation student, spent two years of law school as President of the First Generation Professionals Legal Society assisting other students, like herself, in navigating the struggles that come with being a First Generation Student.
