About Ronald Peresich

Ron is one of the founding members of Page, Mannino, Peresich & McDermott, PLLC and serves as the firm’s managing member. He has extensive experience handling complex commercial and personal injury litigation and has represented a wide variety of business and personal clients throughout his career. He has been trial counsel in a number of complex cases filed and/or tried in Mississippi state and federal courts and serves as national counsel for a company sued in states across the country. Many of these cases have involved claims of damages related to climate change, exposure to various chemicals, asbestos, silica and other product claims.  And also defense of Professional Malpractice claims against attorneys. 1

Ron also has significant experience handling commercial transactions for large and small businesses. As attorney for the United States Chamber of Commerce, he participated in the drafting and passage of several business and governmental support laws, and has made a number of presentations to legal, political and civic business groups on the subject. He also participated in the drafting and passage of significant insurance legislation to assist.

Ron was born in New Orleans and raised in Mississippi.  He attended undergraduate and law school at the University of Mississippi and was admitted to practice law in 1968. In addition to focusing on the needs of the firm and its clients, Ron is extremely active in the community, devoting a considerable portion of his time to improving the business and legal community throughout Mississippi. Ron is married to Ramona Hennessee Peresich and they have two children, Ron, Jr., and Randi Mueller. Ron Jr. is also a member of the firm.
