About Ronald Kaldor

For decades, Ronald E. Kaldor has been listening and listening with intent. An intent to discover where the difficulty is for the client that’s doing the talking. Often, clients aren’t sure where they went off the rails. A rapidly changing healthcare business landscape has buried old ways, and new ways are sprouting up too fast to comprehend timely with much less incorporation.

Ronald Kaldor is listening to doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. The landscape is healthcare. A father of two, both of whom have successfully launched their own careers and specialties, Ron has been practicing business law since 1980, in LA, Oakland, and Sacramento. While he arrived in Sacramento from Marin County for a job in the legislature, he stayed for the quality of life. After meeting his future wife in the chambers of the CA Assembly, they settled down to raise a family.

“My law practice possesses what we like to call the K.A.L.D.O.R. Solution,” he explained, “Knowledge, Assessment, Legal Defense, Organization, and Reputation.”

“I have the Knowledge, and with the client’s help, an Assessment is accomplished. A Legal Defense is prepared while at the same time, recommendations are made to correct the Organization and prevent similar issues from occurring again. The end result is a preserved (or salvaged) Reputation,” he wrapped with a slight flourish, “The K.A.L.D.O.R. Edge.”

Ron is what we like to call a Local Biz Hero, a self-made entrepreneur who brings true value to his community. High standards of professionalism and the strong work ethics of small business owners like Ron are the infrastructures of the Sacramento economy. For 30 years, he refereed local youth soccer games, retiring his referee jersey just last year.
