About Robert Wise

I have practiced law in Jackson, Mississippi since June 1979, mostly in the areas of construction payment claims and utility/Public Service Commission law. I have published three law review articles, most recently on Mississippi’s 2014 Construction Lien Law that I helped draft and worked to have passed by the Mississippi Legislature. I practice downtown within walking distance of the Hinds County and Federal Courts and the Mississippi Public Service Commission.

Robert Wise has practiced before the Mississippi Public Service Commission since 1985. His office is within walking distance of the MPSC.

In telecommunications, Robert has obtained certification for or advised CLECs, Wireline and Wireless ETC and Lifeline carriers, and Resellers.

Robert has also represented applicants or intervenors in Water/Sewer and Electric Utility Cases.
