About Robert Sheheen
Robert J. Sheheen is a Camden native who graduated from Camden High School, Duke University, and the University of South Carolina School of Law. He served as Municipal Judge for the City of Camden from 1973-75. After being elected to the South Carolina House of Representatives for District 52 in 1976, Sheheen served until the expiration of his twelfth term in 2000. He was Chairman of the Judiciary Committee from 1980-86 and was the Speaker of the House from 1986-1994. His practice is focused in the areas of eminent domain litigation, estate planning and administration, and other general litigation matters. Bob has recently obtained several jury verdicts on behalf of landowners in excess of one million dollars in eminent domain litigation.
