About Robert Potter, III

Robert M. Potter, III is a partner in the Workers’ Compensation division in the Fort Lauderdale office. During the last 20 years, Robert has represented self-insured employers, carriers, and servicing agents in the field of Workers’ Compensation. Throughout his legal career, Robert has placed a strong emphasis on serving the client’s best interests, providing aggressive defense handling, and focusing on cost containment.

Robert earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Lake Forest College in 1992 and went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the Roger Williams University School of Law in 1996. Robert has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1997 and the Massachusetts Bar since 1996. He is also a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Florida Bar and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.

Robert resides in Miami Lakes with his wife and two children. Robert’s recreational interests include golf, tennis, and traveling.
