Robert D. Lane, Jr. serves as the Philadelphia Real Estate Practice Leader, putting his four decades of experience to work representing clients across industries in commercial real estate development, acquisitions, and financing. His clients range from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, real estate developers, syndicators, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and financial institutions. Bob also has represented national real estate companies, equity investment funds, major health care institutions, nonprofit organizations, telecommunications companies, a Congressionally-chartered U.S. government lending institution, and retail, hotel, and restaurant chains.

Bob has advised Fortune 100 companies in developing major corporate facilities across the United States, and has led specialized facilities development in the media, retail, and petroleum industries.
