Richard H. Goolsby, Sr. is a former federal prosecutor in Augusta, Georgia, for more than 20 years. He has handled some of the largest, most complex fraud and public corruption cases in United States history. Richard is a graduate of the University of Georgia, both as an undergraduate and from the University of Georgia School of Law.
