About Rhonda Neff

Rhonda Neff is a well-respected criminal defense lawyer with a wide range of experience, from low misdemeanors to the highest level of felonies in state and federal court.

Originally from Wyoming, Ms. Neff graduated from Phoenix School of Law in the top 3% of her class. Ms. Neff opened her own practice after working at Kimerer Law Group beside Michael Kimerer, one of the most renowned criminal attorneys in Arizona.

She has been involved in some of Arizona’s most influential criminal cases and has been an active part of the criminal defense community since 2012. She’s committed to changing the landscape of criminal law and works tirelessly for her clients.

Ms. Neff has been admitted into the State Bar of Arizona, State Bar of Colorado (inactive), Arizona District Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Southwest Rising Star from 2016 to 2021. She was named top 10 under 40 for Arizona by the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys in 2021, and was also awarded a Presidential Commendation by the AACJ for outstanding service to the cause of criminal justice.

Ms. Neff sits on the Board of Governors for the Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice. She is also a member of the Women in White Collar Defense and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
