About Reid Allred

Reid specializes in representing closely held businesses and their owners. He has significant experience in shareholder/partner disputes, construction litigation, real-estate matters, and other contract-related disputes. Reid’s civil trial experience is bolstered by his trying more than twenty criminal cases (including a dozen jury trials) while seconded to the Denver City Attorney Office’s Prosecution and Code Enforcement Section. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and has experience with all aspects of litigation in both federal and state courts around the country.

Reid also provides general business advice and serves as outside “general counsel” for numerous clients. His undergraduate degree in Economics, along with his litigation experience, gives Reid a unique perspective when advising business owners.

Reid is originally from Star Valley, Wyoming. After spending three years in the East, far from family, he and his wife, Emily, decided to move back West. Reid and Emily have four children and a hobby farm. Reid enjoys cycling, running, golfing, bee keeping, and spending time with his family.
