SEWELL LEGAL MANAGING PARTNER
Reginald Sewell is a commercial transactional attorney with experience in both global and domestic legal and business transactional matters and is currently involved in general corporate, finance, and energy exploration and production transactions as counsel for publicly traded and privately held Companies. In addition, Mr. Sewell served within Enron Corp from 2001 through 2007 across multiple legal platforms including Corporate Finance and Enron Energy Services, and was instrumental in several transactions within the City of Chicago’s AER Legal Division, including the structured sale of the City’s commercial real estate interest in the Tribune and Chicago Cubs bankruptcy.

Reginald Sewell currently serves on the Board of the Dominion Community Development Corporation and is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators, the International Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
