Lead counsel in two leading Connecticut Supreme Court banking cases: Normand Josef Enterprises v. Connecticut National Bank (The Connecticut Law Tribune called it “The most important commercial law case in the last 10 years”) and Naugatuck Savings Bank v. Fiorenzi. Lead counsel for commercial banks with lending portfolios in excess of 800 million dollars. Author of published articles in Connecticut Real Estate Journal.
