About Randy Ebersbach

Randy J. Ebersbach has focused on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases for over 30 years. His careful, thorough legal representation has obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts throughout Georgia and the southeastern United States, including a $7.25 million verdict with firm partner Brian Lewis in Coweta County, which is believed to be the largest personal injury (non-wrongful death) verdict in Coweta County history.

Randy and his wife, Susan, are members of Central Baptist Church where they were married in 1986. Together, they have raised two sons, John, who is an associate attorney at the firm, and Richard, a local bank employee and student at UGA.

Community is important to Randy and he volunteers his time and resources to our local organizations including The Boy Scouts of America Flint River Council, Habitat for Humanity, CASA, and other local non-profit organizations supported by our Coweta Community Foundation. Randy also enjoys serving as a volunteer judge for regional and district high school mock trial competitions. Randy has previously served as a City Attorney and Judge for a town in Coweta County. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and a champion member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, which is an organization that promotes the integrity and preservation of our civil justice system.
