Early in her career, Randi clerked for the Honorable Christine Noland of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana and for the Honorable William Morvant of the Nineteenth Judicial District Court of Louisiana. She also served as an attorney for the Louisiana Legislature Civil Law Committee. Randi worked in private practice for over 12 years before opening her own firm
