About Ralph McGrath Jr.
Ralph L. McGrath, Jr. founded McGrath Law Group in 2004. His career experience includes in excess of 150 jury trials.
Ralph started his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida. After he left the state attorney’s office Ralph joined the private sector. Ralph handles civil cases through all phases of litigation, including appellate practice with oral argument before the Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal.
Ralph is currenlty a member of the Broward County Bar Association and Florida Bar. He is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Ralph has consistently received an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbel Law Directory, which is the highest rating given by this publication.
