About Philip Hastings

Philip’s practice centers on real estate development and finance, land use and zoning, and commercial lending and transactions. He counsels clients in all aspects of commercial real estate, including due diligence, local and state permitting and entitlements, entity formation and structuring, and financing. Philip’s practice also includes real estate leases, condominium law, environmental law, conservation and historic preservation easements, like-kind exchanges, property tax and forest management, and complex residential transactions. Recently, Philip has been involved in various large-scale mixed-use, multi-family residential, resort community and solar energy developments; a number of commercial purchases and sales; several condominium projects; and the leasing of retail and office space. As an authorized agent for several national title insurance companies, he is also a member and director of Granite State Title Services, LLC.
