About Phil Hache

Attorney Philip Hache was distinguished in the years 2010 and 2014 by Pasadena Magazine as a “Top Attorney,” a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, and a “Super Lawyer” in 2020, 2021, and 2022 by SuperLawyers Magazine. Philip Hache represents clients in California state and federal criminal matters, including misdemeanors and felony charges. Along with having a good understanding of criminal matters and Court procedures, he has been trained in forensic toxicology which he puts to good use when handling DUI and other Drug related offenses.

Further, he is a member of many DUI and Criminal defense organizations such as the California DUI Lawyers Association and is a founding member of the California Defense Attorneys of California.

Mr. Hache graduated from the University of Hartford in the top of his class as a member of the Alpha Chi Honorary Society, with an honorary rank of Magna Cum Laude. He received his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, CA where he received several first honors awards. Mr. Hache has represents clients on misdemeanor and felony criminal matters throughout Southern California including DUI’s and other related traffic violations, drug cases, theft cases, prostitution cases, juvenille matters and numerous violent offenses.

Philip Hache is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He is also a member of the California DUI Lawyers Association, Private Defenders of California, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.
