About Paul Phillips

Paul Phillips has tried and won cases in Georgia State and Federal courts since 1993. He has successfully litigated a wide variety of cases, representing clients catastrophically injured or killed by medical malpractice, vehicular and trucking negligence.

Paul graduated from Middlebury College in 1987 cum laude with a B.A. in Philosophy and Physics. He then worked in New York City as a product liability underwriter for a specialty lines insurer before law school. He earned his law degree from the College of William & Mary’s Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 1993. After graduating, Paul joined the Atlanta law firm of Drew, Eckl & Farnham, focusing on product liability, property, and medical malpractice litigation. In 2000, he moved his family to Albany, Georgia, where his practice focused primarily on medical malpractice, and trucking defense. Since 2007, Paul has devoted his practice to representing seriously injured clients, and clients whose family members have lost their lives due to the carelessness of others. Paul has also represented numerous children and adults injured as a result of others’ negligence at schools and other institutions.
