About Paul Gayle-smith
Paul Gayle-Smith firmly believes that, in a global economy, work-place diversity is the solution not the problem. PMG also believes that prevention of discrimination is always a better business plan than any attempted cure or litigation defense after discrimination has occurred. With this in mind, PMG provides litigation and consulting services that are completely consistent with the aforementioned two guiding principles.\
Workplace discrimination, for example, can be minimized and sometimes eliminated by the design and consistent implementation of legally sound and effective workplace non-discrimination policies and practices)
Paul has extensive professional and personal experience with the benefits and challenges of richly diverse workforces and communities.
