About Paul Dietrick

Paul A. Dietrick has practiced civil trial law for over forty years, in State and Federal Courts, and Georgia Appellate Courts.

Paul is a zealous advocate for the rights of those who are injured by the negligence and carelessness of others. Paul has successfully prosecuted automobile, motorcycle, trucking, tractor trailer, defective product, premises liability (both slip and fall and negligent security) and professional liability (medical and legal malpractice) cases. Paul’s clients have recovered millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts.

Paul has tried over one hundred jury trials and participated in hundreds of case mediations, the vast majority of which resulted in settlements. Paul has been awarded an “AV Preeminent” rating by The Martindale-Hubbell® Legal Directory, the most respected national attorney legal authority in the legal industry.

Paul has also served the community as a five-year Board member for the John’s Creek Chamber of Commerce. He is also the founding attorney for the Northview High School Mock Trial Team, which rose to State and National prominence.

Paul is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the State Bar of Georgia. Paul graduated from the University of Tennessee (With Honors) and Emory University School of Law. He has been a resident of Atlanta since relocating from his birth city, Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1968. Paul is married to Holly Dietrick, with whom he has two grown girls, Laureen Anderson and Francis Dietrick. Paul has been an active “Biker” for over forty years, having owned and driven everything from Hondas to Harleys. Paul and Holly are also quite capable weekend hikers, having recently completed the 100-mile Appalachian Trial across the North Georgia mountains.
