About Paul Bobrowski
Attorney Paul Bobrowski has a B.S. and an M.A. from the University of Massachusetts. He received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco in 1991 and later that year opened his own practice. He began his career representing clients with civil rights claims in front of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in San Francisco.
Today he practices in the areas of real estate, land use, estate planning, elder law, intellectual property, business and appellate law. He has acted as special counsel to towns throughout central and western Massachusetts on land-use regulatory issues. For many years he has taught seminars for the Citizen’s Planning Training Collaborative in association with regional planning commissions on such topics as: Roles and Responsibilities for Planning and Zoning Boards, the Zoning Act, Subdivision Regulations, Special Permits and Site Plan Review, Zoning Exemptions, and other topics.
For the over a decade he served as a senior technology consultant to the State of CT Judicial Branch Information Technology Division. Bobrowski also served on the Hampshire Council of Governments, elected to represent Amherst.
Attorney Bobrowski meets with clients virtually via Zoom and/or Teams. In-person meetings are set up by arrangement.
