For people in the Sheridan, Buffalo and Gillette area, Patrick travels to Sheridan at least once a month to meet with clients. He is also affiliated with a Glendale California firm, Law Offices of David A. Tilem. The Tilem firm and the Hunter firm periodically work together on complex cases in California and Wyoming.

Patrick Hunter primarily represents persons who have financial problems, but occasionally represents creditors and bankruptcy trustees.
