About Paola Palazzolo-West

Specializing in domestic and family law, Ms. Palazzolo-West’s legal practice focuses on a range of cases, including divorce proceedings, alimony, child custody disputes, child support, grandparents visitation, child relocation, prenuptial agreements, and protective orders. She also serves as a guardian ad litem, advocating for children in court. Since 2005, Ms. Palazzolo-West has maintained an active practice in landlord-tenant matters, collections, and creditor bankruptcy representation. She is dedicated to providing her clients with exceptional legal representation and support throughout the entire legal process.

Prior to joining her current firm, Ms. Palazzolo-West worked at Siskind Susser P.C., one of the largest immigration law firms in North America.

Ms. Palazzolo-West is a native of Haifa, Israel, and was born into a diplomatic family. Her father worked at the Italian Embassy in Tel Aviv, and she graduated from Haifa University School of Law in 2000. Growing up in Israel gave her exposure to various cultures and the opportunity to learn several languages, including Hebrew, Arabic, Italian, and English. She practiced law in Israel until she moved to Memphis, Tennessee in October 2003 to work for Siskind Susser and utilize her language and legal skills.
