About Paola Alvarez de Bennett

Attorney Paola Alvarez de Bennett (Paola Bennett) is the founder of Alvarez de Bennett Law, P.C. Paola was born in Mexico City, D.F., to her U.S. citizen mother and her Mexican citizen father. At a young age, her family came to the United States where she grew up in Gallup, New Mexico and Tulsa, Oklahoma. Paola’s father later became a U.S. citizen.

Due to her background, Paola enjoys working with individuals who want to come to the United States and follow similar steps as her father did to obtain immigration benefits such as legal permanent residency, adjustment of status, cancellation of removal, H2B visas, Religious Worker Visas, extension of visitor visas,and citizenship. Her clients represent an array of cultures, religious backgrounds, and countries. She also works with individuals who need assistance with: Adoption (International and Domestic); Family Law & Divorce;Guardianships; Probate & Estate Planning; and Contracts.

Paola went to law school to help people and make a difference in her community. As a law student, she dedicated herself to several advocacy programs and earned a number of awards for her work with Students for Access to Justice Program (University of Oklahoma), Advocates for Basic Legal Equality (Toledo, Ohio), and Corporation for Enterprise Development (Washington D.C.). She also worked with the Cleveland County District Attorney’s Office. After law school, she worked at a private Oklahoma City law firm before starting her own law firm.

Due to her range of legal experience, Paola has built relationships with prominent attorneys and associations in Oklahoma, and across the United States. She feels fortunate to have a team of attorneys and legal staff that value her clients like she does. She remains dedicated to her client’s needs and is accessible by phone or email. She also remains active in the community by volunteering her time in both a professional and personal capacity.

Paola lives with her husband and daughter in Oklahoma City and their two loveable dogs.
